Nollaig Shona [Nullag hunna] = Happy Christmas 

Nollaig [Null-ag]  Christmas 

Sona [sunna]  happy 

 

*Nollaig is a feminine noun in Irish so it affects adjectives after it. In this case, 'Sona' gets a séimhiú (lenition).
