If you sign up for the 6 month or yearly membership, your membership will be cancelled after that period.

Lessons in the membership are written in standard Irish and pronunciation is offered in Munster Irish first, then any differences across dialects is often mentioned. 

There are always links under lessons to take you to pronunciation databases so you can hear each phrase or word in each dialect. 

In the Irish for Parents Mini Course, and all new lessons (that you'll immediately have access to if you join for the year), have all keywords linked to pronunciation across all 3 main dialects. 

For this membership, it is advised that you've either went to school in Ireland and have some basics (you definitely do not need to remember much), or you've completed either the Free Quickstart Guide that we have available or the beginner course (available soon). 

Otherwise, it is for anyone as all phrases are broken down and presented in an easy way. 

This membership is really for anyone at all that would like to understand Irish as a spoken language and be able to use Irish every day. 

The phrases are geared towards parents and caregivers so they are usually around the theme of parenting or communicating with children. 

This membership is not for you if you want your children to have more Irish but you are not interested in learning yourself. 

Each lesson is around 3 minutes long, so you can literally complete a lesson on the leithreas 🚽 if you want. 

You can pop in any time to enjoy lessons. There is no time pressure or exams.
